The Cass Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) works in partnership with the
Environmental Services Department and provides landowners technical services for:
- Wetland Conservation Act permits
- Erosion and sedimentation control plans
- Water quality monitoring
- Shoreland alteration permits
MISSION STATEMENT
It is the mission of the Cass Soil and Water Conservation District to provide leadership and technical assistance to landowners and cooperating agencies in the wise use, conservation, and management of Cass County’s natural resources.
BUSINESS HOURS
Monday – Friday 8:00 AM. To 4:30 PM
Monthly meetings held on the 1st Thursday of each month beginning at 10:00 AM at the Cass County Board of Commissioners Meeting Room, Cass County Courthouse Walker MN.
