PRIMARY SERIES
Per CDC, an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine series is preferred over Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine for primary vaccination.

BOOSTER DOSES
See CDC guidance for recommendations on who should receive a booster dose and to determine your eligibility 
Per CDC, an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine for a booster dose is preferred even for those who received Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine for their single dose primary series.

Individuals with moderately or severely immunocompromising conditions should consult with your clinical team prior to scheduling your primary series or booster dose.

If your clinical team determines you qualify and recommends you receive your primary series with a third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, you can then contact us to schedule your appointment based on those recommendations.

Pfizer (Comirnaty)
Primary Series for ages 5+. 
Booster doses for ages 12+. 
Booster dose must be 5 months after completion of primary series

Primary Series for ages 18+. 
Booster doses for ages 18+.
Booster dose must be 5 months after completion of primary series.

Johnson & Johnson (Janssen)
Primary Series for ages 18+. 
Booster doses for ages 18+
Booster dose must be 2 months after primary vaccination.

If you are unable to make your appointment, we ask that you cancel ahead of time.
If you are not fully vaccinated and have exposure in the past 14 days or are showing any symptoms of illness, you will need to reschedule your appointment.  If you are fully vaccinated and symptom free, you can come in for your booster dose.  If you begin to show any symptoms, you will need to reschedule your appointment and should isolate & get tested.  Contact your health care professional to discuss your eligibility before registering if you are immune compromised, have questions about your health status and COVID-19 vaccination, or have had a severe allergic reaction to any vaccine in the past.   Postpone your vaccine if you have received monoclonal antibodies or convalescent plasma as part of a COVID-19 treatment in the past 90 days.  A minimum 15-minute wait period is required following vaccination.  COVID-19 precautions of face masks and social distancing of 6 feet at clinic are required.
