Precinct caucuses are held in Minnesota in every state general election year, usually in early February. These meetings are run by Minnesota’s political parties. The two largest major political parties select and agree on the date of the caucuses in advance. More information about how the caucuses work and how to get involved can be found on the Minnesota Secretary of State’s website on the Elections & Voting pages.
A voter can find their precinct caucus location by entering their address in the Caucus Finder tool, or by referring to lists by location and precinct posted here prior to the caucuses.
For results on caucus night, the Secretary of State caucus webpage will link to political party websites. Once finalized by the parties, the results can be found on the Secretary of State’s election results webpage.
