About LAREDO

What records can I access? In Cass County, the computer index of real estate documents and images begins April 1, 1987. In addition, subdivision plats have also been scanned. See What information is available through Tapestry & Laredo.

Tract indexes are available from the late 1800’s through March 10, 2004. As of March 11, 2004, the tract indexes are wholly computerized.

What equipment do I need? Click Minimum Requirements.

How much does it cost? User fees pay for system maintenance and upgrades of the software. See Agreement listed below.

Do I need to sign an agreement? Yes. To get a copy of the Laredo agreement that you will need to print and fill out, click one of the following.

How can I access Laredo? After we receive your completed agreement , along with your first month’s subscription fee, we will assign you a user name and password that you can use to access Laredo.
