What records can I access? In Cass
County, the computer index of real estate documents and images
begins April 1, 1987. In addition, subdivision plats have also been scanned. See What information is available through Tapestry &
Laredo.
Tract indexes are available from the late 1800’s
through March 10, 2004. As of March 11, 2004, the tract indexes are wholly
computerized.

How much does it cost? User fees pay for
