Health Promotion
Health Education Programs: Offered to create within individuals
and the community a desire and an understanding to take part in solutions
to their own health problems.
Senior Health Screenings: Nursing assessment, vital signs, glucose
testing, medication management, health promotion and counseling, and foot
care are services made available to senior citizens in selected communities
in Cass County. Health education is also available.
