Gail Leverson – Executive Director Gail Leverson joined the Cass County Economic Development Corporation in 2004. As the Executive Director, she oversees the operations of the organization. Gail has a BS Degree in Business Administration and is certified as an Economic Development Finance Professional. She works directly with businesses to assist them with site selection, business planning and loan packaging. Gail is active in statewide economic development efforts as an executive board member of the Minnesota Association of Professional County Economic Developers and member of the Minnesota Business Finance Corporation. |

Rachel Krumwiede – Office Coordinator Rachel lives in the Pine River area with her husband Kerry, a local small business owner and son Max. Rachel joined the EDC in 2008. With a BS in Business Management, she oversees grant and contract preparation, organizational seminars and the financial reporting of the organization. |
