MISSION STATEMENT
To improve the business environment in Cass County by encouraging a strong, diverse and sustainable economy and to build better relationships between business, government agencies and local communities.
As a satellite site for the Small
Business Development Center, services provided include:
- Business counseling, marketing assistance and loan packaging, including structured business and marketing plans, month by month cash flow projections, collateral analysis, and loan structuring.
Other EDC services include assistance with tax incentives and loan packaging.

Grant writing and project management is also available to EDC communities, businesses and county organizations for a small technical assistance fee.
